Terms of Service

Welcome to Soven. By accessing or using our website (https://soven.cloud), our Slack integration, or our design generation services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

• "User Assets" refers to the specific brand files, logos, fonts, colors, and guidelines you upload to the Service.
• "Generations" refers to the image outputs (flyers, banners, visuals) created by Soven based on your inputs.
• "Conversation Data" refers to the text prompts and chat logs submitted via our Web App or Slack Bot.

2. Intellectual Property & Rights

A. Ownership of Your Data

You retain 100% ownership of all User Assets you upload. Soven claims no ownership rights over your specific brand logos, trademarks, or proprietary files. You grant Soven a limited license to host and use these assets solely for the purpose of generating your requested designs.

B. Ownership of Generations

You own all rights, title, and interest in the Generations created by the Service. You are free to use these Generations for personal or commercial purposes.

C. Soven's Marketing License

By using the Service, you grant Soven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your Generations in our public showcase, social media, or marketing materials to demonstrate the capabilities of our platform.

• Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your designs to be used in our marketing, you may opt out by adjusting your account settings or by emailing us at hello@soven.cloud.
• Brand Assets Limitation: Soven will not use your standalone User Assets (e.g., your raw logo file) in marketing materials without your explicit written permission.

3. Privacy & Support Access

We respect the privacy of your workflow. Soven employees do not actively monitor your private Slack conversations or private dashboards. However, you acknowledge and agree that our support and engineering teams may access your account data, chat logs, and generation history strictly on a "break-glass" basis for the following purposes:

• Resolving a bug or technical issue reported by you.
• Investigating a security incident or service outage.
• Analyzing why a specific generation failed to process.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Soven to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, strictly offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

5. Payment & Credits

Services on Soven are provided on a usage basis (e.g., credits per design).

• Refunds: Due to the costs of GPU processing, all credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for used credits unless the Service failed to deliver the output due to a technical error on our end.

6. AI Disclaimer

Soven uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. We do not guarantee that the Generations will be error-free, accurate, or unique. You are responsible for reviewing all designs for accuracy (including text spelling and layout) before using them commercially.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
